Support is provided for issues related to IT, telephony (VOIP), and routine maintenance:
- IT support provides information and assistance regarding the Department's website, manages VOIP-related issues by interfacing with the University's dedicated sector, and handles the opening of hardware assistance tickets (where possible) in case of failures of IT equipment (workstations, printers, servers, etc.) assigned to the Department.
